Then, M C Moore Construction is competitively selected to perform construction based on those completed plans. This traditional approach provides the owner with fixed pricing and a clearly defined scope before construction begins.

- Maintaining clear accountability to both owner and design team throughout construction

While Design-Bid-Build offers less early-stage collaboration than design-build, we excel at fostering communication and problem-solving during construction, combining thorough design with field expertise and strong management to deliver quality projects on time and on budget.
